South Beach Casino After Dark

South Beach Casino & Resort has more than 500 slot machines across a casino floor of over 40,000 square feet. The machines are made by Konami, Scientific Games, IGT, AGS and Aristocrat. Bets range from 1 cent up to $5. Smoking is banned across the whole floor, so no smoking section exists to find.

Every day of the week, play starts at 10 am and the floor shuts at 3 am. In Manitoba anyone under 18 is a minor and may not take part in gaming. Anyone who appears underage must prove their age with ID, so keep it with you when you leave the room. Holiday hours differ, and the resort posts them on southbeachcasino.ca.

The live tables at South Beach Casino & Resort deal on four nights. On Thursday and Friday, dealing begins at 5 pm and ends at 2 am. Saturday starts earlier, at 4 pm, and also ends at 2 am. On Sunday the tables open at 3 pm and close at 1 am. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they stay closed.

The four dealt games are High Card Flush, Texas Shootout, Single-Zero Roulette and Double Deck Black Jack. The number of tables and their minimums are not published. A one-night stay that lands from Monday to Wednesday will have no live tables at all. On those nights the slot floor still runs from 10 am to 3 am.

South Beach Casino & Resort treats the Blue Dolphin Bar as its lounge, open to you every day from 11 am until 2 am. Kitchen orders run until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays, and until midnight Sunday through Thursday. Local musicians play on those two nights, with no cover charge.

The casino's Coral Reef Gift Shop sits beside the Ocean Club. Hours are 11 am to 7 pm Sunday to Wednesday and noon to 10 pm Thursday to Saturday, and lottery tickets are sold there. The resort's own pages announce ticketed concerts at its South Beach Grand Ballroom, with tickets available online and at the hotel front desk.
